Class Schedule Spring 2010

Classes are usually smaller than the average exam prep courses, so students have ample time to ask questions, and visit with the instructor at breaks and outside of class. The Life and Health classes are 40 hours, and the Medicare/LTC classes are 10 hours.

Life and Health licenses are now separate.

Every five-day class includes Life and Health pre-license training. There will be a separate state exam for each license. Students may attend Life Only (20 hours), Health Only (20 hours), or the entire class (40 hours) for both licenses. Health Only will be Days 1, 2, and 3. Life Only will be Days 1, 4, and 5. Life and Health will be all 5 days.

Medicare/LTC classes are 8AM-5PM the 1st Day, and 8AM-1PM the 2nd Day. Evening Medicare class is 6PM-10PM for three evenings.

Once enrolled, a student can repeat any part of a course at no charge for 90 days after the course ends.

Students are encouraged to make an individual review appointment during the week, plus are able to contact the instructor by phone or email. The class final exam is reviewed individually at the end of the class. This way, the student knows his or her level of competency and can develop a strategy to improve in needed areas before taking the state exam.
